• Service medical device diagnostic equipment in the Corpus Christi area • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites • Deliver timely and effective repairs • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and inventory • Manage company assets including vehicle, phone, computer, tools, and parts • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers • Perform administrative duties accurately • Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including possible weekends after onboarding/training
• Minimum high school diploma required; technical Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred • 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments • Knowledge and experience servicing, maintaining, and modifying medical diagnostic equipment • Experience testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficiency with tools and service test equipment • General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding • Proficiency in network applications and tools, including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, and NAM Customer Service website/Engineer Tools • Valid driver's license in the state of residence • Ability to drive independently day and night and good driving record • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform required physical activities including climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, standing, high-reach, and fine grasping • Good vision and ability to work alone • Excellent judgment in customer relations and company resource management • Competency in mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology • Experience with electronics, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems • Must satisfy applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification verification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology under US export control law
