β€’ Close new business opportunities in target markets such as public safety, security, and industrial operations. β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets. β€’ Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. β€’ Become a subject matter expert on Paladin’s drone technology, demonstrating its value through presentations, product demos, and customized proposals. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer experiences. β€’ Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. β€’ 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutions. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levels. β€’ Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex products quickly. β€’ Preferred: Experience selling to public safety or government sectors is a plus. β€’ Knowledge of drone technology and its applications is advantageous but not required. β€’ Experience with HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, Asana, Slack.
