📋 Description

• Lead the Domain Consultant team as its technical leader • Provide technical expertise and guidance during customers’ security operations transformation journeys • Collaborate with Systems Engineering Managers and District Sales Manager counterparts to build customer relationships • Define technical solutions addressing customers’ key business imperatives • Evangelize Palo Alto Networks’ on-premises, cloud, and security services • Recruit and hire Domain Consultants • Develop a Domain Consultant training curriculum • Mentor, train, and review team members • Develop relationships with Solutions Consultant Managers and their teams • Lead technical validation and proof-of-concept win rates for Cortex solutions while reducing timelines • Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and share security operations trends and methodologies • Present to customers from technician to CIO level • Lead discussions on industry trends and emerging security-landscape changes • Position Palo Alto Networks’ offerings against competitor solutions • Support high-level design and key-use-case documentation • Review and guide technical validation and proof-of-value test plans • Build and maintain key customer relationships and reference accounts • Act as an escalation point for pre-sales and collaborate with post-sales teams • Work with product teams on customer requirements and roadmap development • Maintain understanding of competitor selling strategies and technologies • Travel up to 50% within the assigned region

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing pre-sales engineering or solutions architect teams • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments • Industry knowledge of security operations market trends and awareness of roadmap and technology development efforts • Experience delivering comprehensive security solutions • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Experience leading large teams, allocating resources, managing engagements, and resource efficiency • Proficient in English • Up to 50% travel within assigned region • Applicants must not require immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position
