📋 Description

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers while working with Sales Specialists and local partners • Identify and document customer problems solvable through integrated solutions • Architect and propose validated solutions for individual customer environments • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and RFP/RFI responses • Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption • Maintain technical leadership through continuous self-improvement and learning across data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, and related technologies • Understand and differentiate effectively against top competitors • Act as customer advocate for issues requiring technical assistance and follow up until resolution • Provide training and technical support to sales teams • Provide product management feedback on feature requests and product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE • Experience with L2-L4 Networking, including L2 switching architectures, Spanning Tree, VLANs/trunking, IP routing, static routes, OSPF, BGP, route redistribution, and L4 load-balancing • Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working with customers and demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude • Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD solutions • Advanced knowledge of on-premise and cloud-delivered network security technologies • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for in-person customer meetings • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
