📋 Description

• Act as technical pre-sales support for Idira’s Identity Security solutions • Deliver technical guidance and business-value demonstrations to Enterprise customers and partners • Develop new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts, partners, and active customers • Lead Proof of Concept evaluations for Idira’s security solutions • Support RFP/RFI responses and ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements • Foster long-term relationships with technical teams and executives to support customer success • Support and enable Idira’s partner network • Represent Idira through public speaking, webinars, and trade shows • Serve as the customer advocate and relay requirements to internal teams • Contribute to internal teams and mentor others when appropriate • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams

🎯 Requirements

• MIS, Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience • 3-5 years in pre-sales, ideally in identity or security, or equivalent technical experience • Hands-on administration of AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS/PaaS) • Practical experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and federation services • Understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and JIT/ZSP models • Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates • Exposure to endpoint management and least privilege tools • Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, and DevOps practices • Proven ability to integrate third-party solutions within complex enterprise environments • Experience scripting for automation of repetitive tasks or demo workflows • Prior experience with Idira solutions is preferred • One or more certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, Security+, AWS Security, Google Cloud Security, or Azure Security • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver high-quality demos to technical and executive audiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent leadership and consensus-building skills • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events • Must not require immigration sponsorship; work visa sponsorship is not provided
