📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving customer implementations and adoption • Design and deliver post-sales solutions involving analytics, processes, documentation, and infrastructure • Optimize tools and data including Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, and AI self-service • Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices • Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams • Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding and drive usage • Partner cross-functionally and with executives on technical deep dives and platform optimization • Stay current on crypto and fintech trends • Travel occasionally, approximately once per month • Guide customers from signed contract through launch and scaling • Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience • 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering • Ideally leading implementations in a startup environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling, including API management, reporting, and AI/automation • Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory considerations, and real-world use cases • Experience on early-stage or founding teams strongly preferred
