📋 Description

• Design, build, modify, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio • Build and support integrations using EIBs, APIs, Cloud Connectors, XML, and XSLT • Monitor daily integration activity, troubleshoot errors, and perform root-cause analysis • Maintain and optimize existing Workday and UKG/Kronos integrations • Support integrations throughout development, testing, deployment, go-live, and production support • Partner with HRIS, HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and develop integration solutions • Support future integration development using Workday Orchestrate • Provide backup Workday HCM system administration and security support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday HCM/integration experience • Strong hands-on Workday Studio development experience required • Experience with EIBs, APIs/web services, XML, XSLT, and Cloud Connectors • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Workday integrations in a production environment • Experience with UKG/Kronos • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Workday Orchestrate experience or exposure preferred • Workday HCM system administration and security experience preferred • Workday Pro Certification in Integrations and/or Studio preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred
