📋 Description

• Define and guide the technical implementation of the organization's enterprise data strategy centered on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions enabling analytics, AI, machine learning, and operational reporting • Deliver strategic direction and leadership in enterprise-wide solution architecture • Execute architecture design, improvements, and implementation from design through completion of products and features • Guide solution and system architecture across multiple products or systems • Translate requirements into effective solution architecture and design • Participate in cross-architecture reviews and ensure integration requirements • Create and maintain documentation and standards for architecture solutions and frameworks • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure automation designs meet security, compliance, and performance requirements • Collaborate with multifunctional business customers to translate requirements into automated, scalable technical solutions • Monitor environment health, identify failure patterns, and drive continuous improvement across the data ecosystem • Evaluate emerging data technologies, tools, and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, or infrastructure architecture • Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions spanning multiple applications, data sources, and technology platforms • Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet, and Chef • Experience crafting and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms • Experience designing cloud-based data solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage/ADLS, Azure networking, identity and access management, Key Vault, and related services • Experience designing and implementing an enterprise data platform using Databricks or a comparable modern cloud data platform • Experience designing data architectures supporting enterprise BI and analytics, preferably including Microsoft Fabric and Power BI • Understanding of on-premises infrastructure, including Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and security infrastructure • Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies • Experience with identity and access management automation, including AD integration and role-based access control provisioning • Proficiency in cost management and optimization strategies for cloud-based capacity workloads • Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and collaboration skills • Ability to influence technical and non-technical collaborators and mentor junior engineers • Innovative mentality and willingness to challenge legacy processes • High adaptability and continuous learning mentality
