📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Palo Alto Networks Cortex product suite • Lead daily activities including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling, performance management, and promotions • Oversee end-to-end service execution across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation workstreams • Partner with Sales and Account teams to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch specialized consulting and automation packages • Build strategic client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues • Safeguard project timelines, revenue targets, billable utilization, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) • Onboard, train, and manage third-party partners and contractors while enforcing internal quality standards • Partner with the PMO on project planning • Contribute to new service offering operationalization • Expand technical training content for internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions • Experience leading large complex projects of technical resources • In-depth knowledge of SOC environments, Incident Response practices, Critical Security Controls, security engineering, SOAR operations, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation • Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, containerization, orchestration, AppSec, and CI/CD DevOps workflows • Base knowledge of the Palo Alto Networks Cortex product suite • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Clarizen, and G-Suite • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, MBA, or related technical field preferred • Ability to travel up to 20% across North America • Preferred certifications: CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM • Cloud roles: Experience driving Cortex Cloud deployment or upgrade engagements across CSPM, CWPP, Application Security, and/or Cortex Cloud Automation workstreams • Public Sector roles: 3+ years leading government customer engagements; understanding of public sector procurement, compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, FAR), and federal/SLED account growth strategies • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship for this position
