📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O HR implementations across HR and financial modules • Manage the full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support • Define solution architecture and guide design decisions aligned with client business objectives • Lead functional teams in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and configuration • Mentor consultants, review functional deliverables, and manage timelines • Manage project financials, including budgeting, resource planning, and profitability tracking • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor for finance transformation initiatives • Advise clients on Microsoft product updates and best practices • Collaborate with development, testing, and integration teams • Mitigate project risks through proactive planning, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution • Work with D365 F&O SCM processes and modules • Support data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and cleansing • Lead multi-country rollouts and multi-entity implementations • Facilitate workshops and client demos • Coach junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 12–16 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 8–10 years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially with payroll • Experience leading large project teams and delivering global implementations • Hands-on knowledge of Visual Studio, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform, and Azure DevOps • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification (MB-330) • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3 • Strong understanding of HR/SCM business processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Hire to Retire • Proven experience managing end-to-end F&O HR and SCM implementations, including system configuration, data migration, and user adoption • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements, such as IFRS, GAAP, and SOX • Experience integrating D365 with Power Platform, Azure Services, and third-party tools • Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate business needs into functional requirements • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data governance, and security standards
