📋 Description

• Apply promotional and selling strategies while growing the product base for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in the specified geography. • Sell belumosudil in the assigned geography, if approved. • Provide on-label product information to key opinion leaders, health care providers/accounts, and designated targets. • Establish and maintain relationships within the cGVHD community and with targeted account personnel, HCPs, and non-HCPs. • Promote belumosdil to meet or exceed territory sales goals through approved promotional efforts and focused execution. • Create comprehensive business plans and develop territory budgets. • Analyze sales and market trends to identify current and future business opportunities and implement a strategic POA. • Demonstrate product, disease-state, product-access, and reimbursement expertise. • Collaborate with Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and other Sanofi team members. • Maintain knowledge of Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs selling and reimbursement environments. • Deliver one-on-one, group, non-personal, face-to-face, and virtual on-label sales presentations. • Plan, forecast, and review sales activities using current computer systems. • Manage work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communications, synchronization, samples, and expense reporting. • Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmaceutical marketing and promotion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree is required. • Minimum of 3+ of experience pharmaceutical sales experience • Proven/successful performer in generating and driving sales results. • Product launch experience. • Proven proficiency in live engagements to HCPs and staff. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Willingness to travel 20% of the time or greater. • Hematology, Oncology, precision medicine or Bone Marrow Transplant experience is preferred. • Traditional pharmaceutical experience is inclusive of field sales, hospital/academic institution sales and Managed Care experience within the oncology/hematology – transplant market.
