📋 Description

• Review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements, balancing robust risk management with a pragmatic approach to closing business. • Manage the legal department’s intake queue within Salesforce, establishing clear triage patterns and conducting initial assessments to resolve inquiries efficiently. • Utilize and continuously improve contract management and automation software to streamline initial reviews and eliminate manual administrative friction. • Align with Sales, Finance, Executive leadership, and InfoSec to ensure all necessary compliance approvals are smoothly achieved during the transactional lifecycle. • Conduct an audit of the existing legal case queue and contract data to identify the primary bottlenecks slowing down sales cycles. • Reduce the contract-to-close latency for standard agreements by implementing structured playbooks and workflow improvements within the contract management system.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven history of leveraging legal automation tools to materially decrease standard deal cycle times. • A formal legal education background (such as a J.D., LL.M., or a Bachelor’s degree paired with robust corporate paralegal credentials) that balances theoretical correctness with practical business execution. • Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating commercial legal agreements (such as customer software agreements, vendor contracts, and partner frameworks) within a corporate ecosystem. • Experience working within Salesforce and specialized contract management lifecycle (CLM) platforms to track workflows and drive operational clarity. • A sharp focus on details combined with the ability to think quickly, execute deliberate project follow-through, and exercise exceptional commercial judgment. • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build solid, collaborative relationships across sales, finance, and external client teams.
