• Support and oversee multiple school locations within an assigned region. • Provide high-quality, individualized educational experiences for children and families. • Drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality educational outcomes. • Mentor teams and lead effectively in a dynamic environment. • Collaborate with leadership teams to shape the future of the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of management experience. • Minimum 5 years of multi-site leadership experience. • Minimum 10 years of experience in early childhood education. • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local licensing regulations. • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds when necessary. • Ability to successfully pass state and federal background checks and meet all applicable requirements.
