📋 Description

• Own catalog product strategy, defining catalog health, measurement, and priorities for accuracy, coverage, and time-to-value. • Partner with Merchandising, operations, and supplier-facing teams on discovery of CMS/PIM workflow and catalog data-model issues. • Define release slices across merchant tooling, catalog integrity, publishing/sync, packages, and attributes. • Measure product success and failure metrics against catalog quality, merchandising throughput, orderability, and sendback drivers. • Lead and align a balanced engineering and design product team. • Create roadmaps, product briefs, data-model explanations, and launch plans. • Lead discovery, scoping, build, launch, and iteration; write briefs and acceptance criteria and own delivery outcomes. • Coordinate catalog decisions with Merchandising, platform partners, and adjacent product teams. • Define feedback loops with category managers, suppliers, ordering teams, supplier teams, and clinical/payor systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped or deeply owned catalog, PIM, or product-information systems at scale, including attributes, variants/SKUs, relationships, mappings, and operator tooling. • Understanding of how product data quality drives browse, search, cart, fulfillment, and partner onboarding. • Comfort with data modeling, system architecture, APIs, and performance trade-offs. • Ability to turn complex catalog problems into prioritized roadmaps with clear success metrics. • Ability to create alignment across merchandising, operations, engineering, and product teams. • Clear writing and presentation for technical and non-technical audiences. • 7+ years of product management or equivalent product/engineering leadership, including substantial time on catalog, PIM, commerce data, or similar systems products. • Located in the United States. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and/or conferences approximately once per quarter. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience (nice to have, not required). • Healthcare/DME familiarity, including HCPCS, supplier catalogs, or medical product taxonomies (nice to have). • Hands-on experience with CMS/PIM products used by merchandising or content operations teams (nice to have). • Fast-paced startup experience (nice to have). • Familiarity with AI-assisted catalog mapping, deduplication, or content enrichment (nice to have). • Legally authorized to work in the United States at application and throughout employment; employer visa sponsorship is not available.
