📋 Description

• Provide security for networks, cloud deployments, data centers, and software systems • Monitor for and mitigate attempted attacks or breaches • Stay abreast of developing security trends and propose new layers of protection against emerging threats • Participate in cybersecurity projects with project managers and stakeholders • Operate and support traditional and new security tools • Investigate unusual enterprise observations and identify, research, and resolve issues • Perform day-to-day operations, support, and maintenance of security platforms, including SIEM, vulnerability management, anti-malware, application security, application whitelisting, intrusion detection and prevention, DLP, identity management, cloud, secure mail gateway, insider threat, data privacy, cyber threat intelligence, digital forensics, data classification and tagging, and AI security and governance systems • Monitor system performance for threats to confidentiality, integrity, or availability • Monitor and respond to system alerts and user tickets • Liaise with teams, business partners, vendors, and service providers • Evaluate potential solutions to complex problems and resolve security issues • Develop solutions and processes to track security compliance metrics • Assist and support project management processes • Support threat analysis and risk analysis • Document configurations, specifications, processes, and procedures • Perform additional support functions as needed • Utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality • Develop a broad understanding of the Paradigm organization, products, operations, and customers while prioritizing customer needs and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Information Security or related field with a focus on security and/or the investigation or root cause analysis • Industry standard certifications in Information Security, Digital Forensics, or related field preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • Investigative mindset with a focus on root cause • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions • Detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple shifting priorities • Strong understanding of attacker tools, techniques, and methodologies • Ability to gather and act on threat intelligence • Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work in a diverse team of professionals • Ability to attend and successfully complete required training
