⢠Supervise office-based end-to-end site-specific revenue cycle team(s) ⢠Interview, hire, onboard, and train new hires or transferred team members ⢠Provide ongoing training and development on billing, coding, compliance, payer requirements, and best practices ⢠Conduct bi-weekly huddles to review scorecards and metrics, adjust workflows, and implement strategic initiatives ⢠Address team communication gaps and improve accountability and performance ⢠Perform quarterly reviews for direct reports and provide performance feedback ⢠Prepare and present reports on site-specific RCM KPIs to the RCM Manager or Director ⢠Monitor collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90 days, and RCM ticketing performance ⢠Audit team performance weekly for timely, accurate, and compliant processing ⢠Develop and enforce procedures for outstanding claims and overdue account payments ⢠Ensure staffing aligns with volume-based staffing models and role alignment ⢠Review month-over-month trends and contribute to departmental goals and strategic initiatives ⢠Evaluate RCM processes, propose improvements, and streamline workflows ⢠Report compliance concerns and assist with resolution alongside the compliance department ⢠Serve as the first point of contact for site leadership regarding account or patient questions
⢠Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, fee schedules, claim submission, charging/coding, insurance AR follow-up, and payment posting ⢠Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance processes and procedures with all payers ⢠Experience with practice management software, insurance portals, clearinghouses, insurance guidelines, and banking reconciliation software ⢠Intermediate PC skills and strong Excel skills ⢠Strong computer literacy ⢠Excellent math and problem-solving skills ⢠Data entry and 10-key by touch ⢠Strong interpersonal and organizational skills ⢠Ability to work within a team setting and as an individual contributor ⢠Excellent oral and written communication skills ⢠Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to Compliance and Revenue Cycle standard operating procedures ⢠Organized work habits, accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills ⢠Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred ⢠Ability to comply with organization, state, and federal employment regulations and practices ⢠Previous experience in team and personnel management preferred
