📋 Description

• Supervise and support ESC Electricians across assigned markets • Manage daily workloads, priorities, and field coverage • Coach team members on performance, quality, productivity, and technical problem-solving • Monitor team performance and ensure service levels are met • Train and develop new and existing ESC Electricians • Serve as the first level of escalation for technical or operational support • Diagnose and resolve complex residential electrical issues • Identify potential electrical challenges before installation delays occur • Guide installation, troubleshooting, repair, and post-installation electrical work • Review field information, photos, plans, and documentation to determine solutions • Ensure electrical work complies with NEC, local requirements, and company standards • Coordinate resources for urgent field issues • Partner with Installation, Service, Engineering, Project Management, and internal teams • Track recurring issues and identify process improvement opportunities • Escalate significant technical, safety, or operational concerns • Document electrical issues, resolutions, and completed work accurately • Maintain consistency in ESC processes across markets • Support staffing and scheduling as field demand changes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong residential electrical experience required • Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring electricians or field teams • Residential solar experience strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) • Excellent electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Ability to evaluate problems quickly and develop practical, code-compliant solutions • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment • Comfortable collaborating with field and remote operational teams • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Electrical license preferred based on applicable state and local requirements
