📋 Description

• You'll be the one helping newly engaged couples find their perfect resort, wedding package, and venue, that fits their budget and style for their South Asian Wedding. • You’ll be there right from the beginning, providing a service that ensures they have the wedding of their dreams! • Both you and the team will work together to ensure couples and their guests have the best destination wedding experience! • You’ll be the first point of contact, suggesting wedding resorts in a consultative, caring, and curated approach. • Answer client questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations in a polite, professional, timely, and friendly manner. • Retain clients through follow-up emails, impeccable attention to detail, and providing unmatched customer service. • Take charge, resolve conflict, and satisfy your customers. • Use our CRM to manage your leads. • Perform necessary administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi and/or Bengali • Experience in consultative selling • Have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Are tech-savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails • Are detail-oriented and have a knack for staying organized • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum 1-2 years in a Sales role.
