📋 Description

• Ship polished user experiences and own the APIs, data models, and backend services behind them • Develop deep product expertise and use it to shape what we build • Drive architecture decisions, write design docs, and lead technical reviews • Define and implement observability across user interactions, Core Web Vitals, API performance, and perceived performance • Mentor engineers, improve team processes and code quality, and help foster a culture of craft, ownership, and high standards

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products as a full stack engineer • Able to go deep across the stack to solve complex problems and unblock the team • You’ve built production-quality UIs in React and TypeScript and have experience designing APIs, working with data models, and debugging complex backend systems • You have strong product and user experience instincts and use them to influence what gets built, not just how it’s built • You think in systems and set technical direction that improves how the team builds • You lead through influence
