📋 Description

• Provide individual social work services according to each student’s IEP • Support approximately 11 students, currently in grades K–6, within a Pre-K–6 school • Help students build coping skills, social skills, peer interaction, social problem-solving, and executive functioning skills • Provide 30-minute individual sessions, once or twice per week depending on student needs • Schedule consultation time with teachers and school staff • Collaborate with families, educators, IEP teams, and related service providers • Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

🎯 Requirements

• Active Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) • Valid New York license or certification for school social work practice • Minimum of one year of full-time, on-site school social work experience, excluding internships • Experience providing counseling, social-emotional support, and behavioral interventions in a school setting • Experience collaborating with IEP teams and supporting measurable student goals • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills • Access to a private workspace, reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection
