📋 Description

• Design and build polished interfaces and interactions across Park Street's web application and website using agentic coding tools • Explore visual designs and interactions in design tools such as Paper, working HTML prototypes, or directly in the codebase • Turn complex, data-heavy workflows into clear and intuitive products • Meet with users and internal teams to understand day-to-day problems and friction points • Use product data and user feedback to measure and improve shipped work • Contribute to Park Street's design system, components, and shared patterns • Identify and proactively fix usability, visual quality, and interface-copy improvements • Scope and manage projects with increasing independence alongside the Lead Designer • Share work early, seek feedback, and support teammates in a collaborative team environment • Document patterns and improve components, interactions, and code • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience designing and building end-to-end web applications and landing pages • Portfolio or work samples showing designs with real data, real browsers, and real users, including post-launch learnings • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern prototyping and design tools • Comfort working with agentic or AI-assisted coding tools • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or frontend development • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: Experience with complex B2B or SaaS products • Preferred: Experience with accounting, logistics, compliance, operations, or other complex business software • Preferred: Experience designing data-heavy interfaces and reporting tools • Preferred: Experience with APIs or agent-facing interfaces • Must be able to sit for extended hours within the day • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
