📋 Description

• Design and produce marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, signage, and other promotional pieces • Bring the bank's brand to life through visual storytelling across digital, print, and multimedia platforms • Ensure creative assets align with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and marketing strategies • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and business partners on creative concepts, themes, and campaign materials • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and budget expectations • Create and modify graphics for advertising, internal communications, customer communications, community engagement initiatives, and special events • Maintain and organize the bank's library of creative assets, templates, publications, and marketing collateral • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with internal and external vendors for high-quality deliverables • Stay current on graphic design trends, design software advancements, and industry best practices • Adhere to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent • 2-year associate degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Visual Communications, or commensurate experience • 6+ years of professional graphic design experience • Experience developing creative assets for print and digital marketing campaigns • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to influence others • Ability to build collaborative relationships • Ability to develop or mentor others • Ability to work as part of a team • Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to understand and follow directions • Adaptability to change • Basic computer skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Analytical thinking • Ability to multitask and juggle priorities • Problem/situation analysis • Technical expertise • Strategic planning and decision-making • Creativity • Ability to remain stationary at least 75% of the time • Ability to constantly operate a computer • Ability to maintain constant verbal and written communication with stakeholders
