📋 Description

• Provide customer support for business banking products and services, including Business Online Banking, Commercial Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and QuickBooks integrations • Research and resolve business customer inquiries via Online Secure Messaging, email, and telephone • Assist with inquiries relating to Treasury Management products and services and facilitate resolutions efficiently • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services • Recognize customer needs for additional services and refer them to the appropriate Treasury Management group • Adhere to department performance metrics to ensure service levels and customer expectations are achieved • Communicate process, efficiency, and customer service improvements to the supervisor • Participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks • Apply the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management policies and procedures to daily tasks • Deliver consistent, high-level service within the Bank's Serving More standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of customer service experience or call center experience preferred • Ability to provide customer support via online secure messaging, email, and telephone • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services • Ability to adhere to department performance metrics and service levels • Ability to follow compliance requirements, risk management concepts, policies, and procedures • Ability to remain stationary a minimum of 80% of the time • Ability to constantly operate a computer • Ability to maintain constant communication with customers and coworkers • Sponsorship not available
