📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Restaurant implementations and scoped enhancements for assigned customers • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones • Track and manage scope, risks, dependencies, and action items • Coordinate internal and external resources supporting POS, online ordering, CDP, CRM, and other integrations • Ensure deliverables meet PAR quality standards and client requirements • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and project owner for delivery activities • Establish expectations for timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies • Provide proactive status updates, risks, and mitigation plans • Support customers through requirements, strategy, testing, launch preparation, and go-live • Partner with Technical Account Managers, Product, Engineering, Strategists, Execution Services, and Customer Success • Facilitate project reviews, standups, and readiness checkpoints • Ensure handoffs from Sales to delivery and implementation to Customer Success • Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans • Manage change requests and scope adjustments • Escalate issues to Senior/Enterprise Engagement Manager leadership when needed • Drive readiness for UAT, production launch, and post-launch validation • Ensure loyalty, ordering, payments, offers, messaging, and integrations are configured and tested • Support early adoption activities with Customer Success • Follow delivery methodologies, templates, and tools • Improve implementation processes, documentation, and tooling • Maintain accurate project data in Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, and other systems of record • Leverage AI tools for project planning, status reporting, and risk tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or customer delivery roles in a SaaS environment is required • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined scope and timelines • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions • Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams • Proactive problem-solving and a structured approach to execution • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday • Understanding of implementation lifecycles, testing phases, and launch processes • Familiarity with POS ecosystems, payments, guest loyalty, APIs, and third-party integrations is a major plus • Project management certification or training such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum is a plus but not required • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
