📋 Description

• Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses used by leadership • Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models guiding PAR's investments • Transform raw financial-system data into reliable numbers • Track KPIs and identify trends or variances • Build materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews • Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects • Streamline and automate reporting to reduce manual work and increase insight • Report to the Senior Manager, FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field; internship experience considered • Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools • Solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to summarize data clearly • Self-starter mentality and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship will be required
