📋 Description

• Support the monthly and quarterly financial reporting and accounting month-end close process • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, management discussion and analysis, and investor reporting • Prepare monthly financial reporting packets for internal reporting • Prepare and post monthly standard and adjusting journal entries • Prepare journal entries for debt, equity, goodwill, and intangible assets • Review assigned general ledger accounts for propriety and reasonableness • Investigate questionable transactions, form conclusions, and make recommendations to Accounting Management • Prepare correcting journal entries as appropriate • Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations • Identify, research, and correct account discrepancies • Assist with daily cash management and treasury reporting • Assist with annual financial audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 2–3 years of related experience and/or training • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and other Excel capabilities • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
