Partnership for Large Election Jurisdictions (PLEJ) is a national, nonpartisan nonprofit that builds a community of practice for election administrators in the United States representing large jurisdictions (generally those serving 250,000+ people or the four largest jurisdictions in a state). PLEJ facilitates peer-to-peer engagement through webinars and in-person convenings, produces crowd-sourced nonpartisan guides and toolkits, promotes retention and professional development for election officials, and elevates the operational challenges and needs of large election jurisdictions by working with government agencies, nonprofits, academics, and subject-matter experts. Leadership includes experienced county and city election administrators and the organization focuses on improving election administration, innovation, voter experience, and resource allocation for large jurisdictions.
