📋 Description

• Engage inbound prospective customer leads through responsive and proactive outreach to enroll customers in Partum’s Care • Own the client onboarding and intake journey while building relationships with clients and providers • Connect with expectant parents through phone and video calls, texts, and messages • Support families in developing care plans aligned with their health goals and family objectives • Manage end-to-end doula contracting and ongoing account management • Provide prompt and compassionate support to patients, families, and providers • Coordinate and schedule clinical appointments • Manage patient enrollment through inbound phone calls • Maintain accurate, confidential client records, consent forms, and financial details while upholding privacy and compliance standards • Communicate Partum Health’s services and mission to prospective clients • Adapt to organizational changes and process improvements • Participate in weekend on-call support, monitoring phones from 6–10pm CST approximately once every 5–7 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year university degree required • At least 1–2+ years of experience in a client-facing role required, such as sales, customer success, or account management • Experience ideally in a high-growth healthcare environment • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets, particularly in client admissions or sales-related roles • At least 1 year of CRM experience required • Proficiency in multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment • Ability to navigate occasional moderate levels of stress • Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply; not required • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CT during onboarding and training • Must be able to work Thursday–Monday, including Saturday/Sunday coverage, 9am–6pm CT from late November through February • Must be available for weekend on-call support once every 5–7 weeks and holiday coverage 1–2 holidays per year
