📋 Description

• Drive the design, optimization, and scalability of business systems and operational processes • Translate strategic objectives into scalable solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the broader technology ecosystem • Partner with the Salesforce Administrator on declarative platform changes • Partner with engineering and QA on custom development and Salesforce-HubSpot integration work • Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and system needs • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews • Gather, document, and validate business requirements • Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria • Analyze existing processes and recommend scalable improvements • Design solution architectures, future-state process flows, object models, data structures, automation approaches, and integration requirements • Assess impacts of changes on processes, integrations, data, reporting, and user experience • Coordinate initiatives through planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, release validation, and change management • Support project planning, risk identification, dependency management, user acceptance testing, and release validation • Define business metrics and reporting requirements with data teams • Own data quality and integrity requirements for system changes • Establish documentation standards and participate in solution governance • Identify opportunities to improve operational maturity, efficiency, automation, and AI-enabled GTM performance • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams • Report to the Director of Revenue Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role • Experience designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot, including building and maintaining integrations between the two • Strong business process analysis and process design expertise • Experience working within a shared delivery model, partnering with a dedicated platform administrator and/or engineering team rather than owning end-to-end build • Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Strong understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive outcomes
