📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation addressing compliance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and governance topics • Drive revenue growth by developing new solutions and expanding use of existing products • Partner with cross-functional teams to set product strategy, priorities, and roadmap • Understand the needs and problems of Pathward partners and end users • Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery • Own strategic relationships with key third-party partners and recommend new relationships • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations • Monitor and communicate product performance, key metrics, and partner/user feedback • Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements • Manage product P/L and support forecasting and annual budget planning • Develop industry expertise through industry events, research, and competitive analysis • Provide Product support to the agent bank portfolio • Own the Visa and Mastercard issuing product stack across debit, prepaid, and credit use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • 5+ years of prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products required • Written and verbal communication • Project and time management • Leadership • Master's degree preferred
