📋 Description

• Lead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and business objectives • Advise executives and business leaders on messaging, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and communication planning • Develop enterprise messaging frameworks, narratives, and communication plans connecting strategy, culture, performance, and organizational impact • Oversee media relations, public relations, corporate announcements, spokesperson support, and external communications activities • Lead employee communications programs, campaigns, and events supporting engagement • Govern communication channels, editorial calendars, content planning, approvals, and communication standards across the enterprise • Direct corporate storytelling and content development for enterprise, executive, employee, and external audiences • Create and oversee executive communications, including presentations, town halls, talking points, and leadership messaging • Lead communications for organizational change, business transformation, enterprise initiatives, issues, and crises • Monitor communication effectiveness and use audience data and feedback to improve strategies, channels, and programs • Travel a few times a year for offsite meetings and other events • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • Typically, 12+ years with bachelor's or equivalent • Ability to convey complex financial and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences • Ability to align business initiatives with organizational goals and market opportunities • Influencing and collaborating with executives, regulators, clients, and business partners • Guiding organizations and teams through transformation, growth, and innovation initiatives • Cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, compliance, legal, risk, and business teams • Planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives and implementations • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making • Travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight and out of state
