📋 Description

• Lead a team of sales professionals responsible for profitable growth, key customer relationships, and market share across Ricoh's Commercial & Industrial Printing portfolio • Develop and execute regional sales strategies • Oversee territory management • Coach and develop sales team members • Build executive-level relationships with key customers • Partner with Marketing, Pricing, Professional Services, and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver Ricoh solutions • Lead strategic account planning and contract negotiations • Execute Commercial & Industrial Printing initiatives • Drive customer retention, account expansion, and new business acquisition • Achieve revenue, profitability, market share, KPI, and sales activity objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated history of building and leading successful sales teams • 10+ years of sales and/or sales leadership experience in complex solution-based selling • Experience within Digital Printing Solutions, Graphic Communications, or related industries preferred • Formal solution-selling or strategic-selling training • Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and account management skills • 50-75% domestic travel with occasional international travel • Home office-based role • Personal vehicle
