• Identify and unlock new business opportunities across key categories (e.g., pain, allergy, GI, women’s health, VMS, etc.) This role requires a hunter mindset. • Drive growth across OTC and consumer health brands by building and expanding a portfolio of client relationships • Position the Consumer Health Network as a differentiated channel that delivers value at critical moments of consumer decision-making • Partner with clients to integrate CHN into broader marketing and media strategies • Leverage internal and external relationships to navigate complex organizations and accelerate deal progression • Foster long-term partnerships that drive renewals, expansion, and enterprise-level engagement
• 5-10 years’ experience in advertising or marketing at an OTC or CPG brand, retail media or consumer health sales • Proven success in business development/revenue generation within complex, matrixed organizations • Experience working with OTC, CPG, wellness, or retail-driven categories • Strong network of brand and/or agency relationships within consumer health or adjacent categories
