📋 Description

• Help families identify income gaps, obtain appropriate insurance, and plan for retirement • Conduct financial needs analyses during client appointments using proprietary tools • Run client appointments after training and mentorship • Complete licensing preparation and study support if needed • Attend real appointments for field training before conducting independent appointments • Participate in weekly training on sales, products, and mindset • Learn and use Financial Needs Analysis and CRM platforms • Build a financial services practice and potentially develop a team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed or willing to become licensed as a Life & Health Agent • Must pass the state Life & Health exam if not already licensed • Licensing and exam fees are the candidate's responsibility • Background check required • Coachable and comfortable talking with others • Motivated by helping families • No finance background needed
