📋 Description

• Find qualified technical and specialist experts across one to three domains • Hit weekly targets for qualified experts added by domain • Identify people currently doing the work using evidence such as shipped credits, current engine versions, commits, talks, papers, and forum answers • Source candidates through GitHub, engine and framework forums, Discord servers, conference speaker lists, studio credits, paper author lists, specialist job boards, and LinkedIn • Write outreach to senior engineers and other specialists who are not actively looking • Hand off experts with their domain, seniority, and supporting evidence clearly documented • Report market feedback when candidate supply is insufficient • Use AI for market mapping, research, outreach drafting, and funnel analysis • Do not run interviews, extend offers, or close; full-cycle hiring is handled by technical recruiters

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years sourcing technical or specialist talent, including at least one hard pool you can describe in detail • A method for sourcing candidates beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, including identifying where specialists gather and what generates replies • Ability to name the last five people found who were not applying and not on the first page of results • Technical fluency to assess GitHub profiles, game credits, or papers and determine whether experience is real or adjacent • Ability to build tooling such as scripts, automations, enrichment, and prompts • Comfort being measured on whether candidates pass the screener • Clear, precise writing in professional English • Ability to work independently and asynchronously against deadlines
