• Provide operational support to the Paul Davis franchise network and FAST Estimating Team to complete accurate, timely, and profitable estimates • Provide ongoing FAST process training and support to franchisees • Create and update training materials, FAST Hub content, documentation, and network communications • Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching to FAST Estimating Team members • Coordinate communication between the FAST Team, PDRI team members, and franchisees • Route urgent and important communications related to process gaps and collaboration • Support scheduling of 1:1 calls, FAST Consultations, and other meetings • Provide direct estimating support during spike volume for all job types and estimating platforms • Ensure scoping, documentation, software, and communication practices support accurate and profitable estimating • Provide statistics and KPI updates on network demand, volume projections, and resource allocation • Act as a liaison to solve problems and address gaps in subject matter expertise and capacity • Attend company or team meetings in person or virtually as required • Support other Claims Force team members during periods of lower FAST Estimating demand • Meet with offices to train and coach on standard processes, best practices, and problem-solving • Distribute FAST Estimate requests and rebalance workloads to meet service-level commitments • Drive continuous improvement and demand for the FAST Estimating Service
• High school diploma or GED • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field • 2 plus years of direct coaching, training, or onboarding experience • 3 plus years' experience with estimation principles and concepts in the property restoration/insurance industry • Ability to leverage technology for learner-focused training and coaching • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset • Ability to collaborate with franchisees and internal teams • Proficiency with project management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams • Ability to learn and operate RMS, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Claims Connect, Mobile Claims, MICA Exchange, PowerBI, SharePoint, OneDrive, Adobe, and other operating systems • Ability to work under pressure • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to conceptualize and work independently • Self-driven • Ability to operate office equipment and computers • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to follow Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics • Customer service experience preferred • 5 plus years' restoration industry experience preferred • Must have stable internet access when working out of the office • Must use provided VPN technology for secure remote access • Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle • Up to 25% travel may be required
