📋 Description

• Respond to end user/customer-reported issues via inbound and outbound phone and email communications, including updating customers, providing instruction, technical support, coaching, and negotiating • Determine the appropriate course of action and follow through to ensure resolution • Coordinate projects related to security solutions such as CCTV systems, including scheduling, ordering equipment, communicating with onsite personnel, updating customers on status, and ensuring work is completed per scope • Perform data entry in the workflow system for transactions and tasks • Log activity, report, generate work orders and shipments, and perform other tasks related to service requests • Manage costs, margin, and budget on individual or group work orders • Handle warranty and non-warranty ownership of all billable items and services incurred to complete a service scope

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience • High School Diploma • Able to navigate computer based ticketing system • Experience managing schedules • Strong multi-tasking and documentation skills • Detail oriented and analytic problem solver • Mechanical/technical aptitude • Customer service attitude • Ability to multi-task under pressure • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
