📋 Description

• Deliver polished, on-brand creative across digital and print for high-visibility marketing and corporate initiatives • Partner on brand strategy and campaign concepting • Own complex, cross-functional projects from early concept through final delivery • Evolve creative standards, tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design • Identify creative gaps, risks and opportunities and take proactive action • Mentor and support other designers through critique and collaboration • Serve as senior creative lead when the Manager of Art Direction and Creative Design is unavailable • Influence how partners experience the Pax8 brand and enable marketing teams to work faster and smarter

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level design experience in an in-house or agency environment • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color and visual systems • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud • Strong working knowledge of presentation tools • Comfort exploring Figma and AI-assisted design platforms • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Confidence presenting and defending design decisions • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity • Coaching approach to feedback grounded in empathy and clarity • Must hold valid right to work in the USA • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks, including ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks
