📋 Description

• Shape the automation roadmap by identifying operational friction and creating a portfolio of opportunities • Prioritize automation initiatives based on measurable value, scalability, capacity, and business impact • Represent the Americas in broader automation and emerging technology discussions • Lead and provide direction to the Workflow Engineering team • Establish backlogs, sprint planning, testing, iteration, and measurable outcomes • Create repeatable operating methods for scalable delivery • Assess workflows and determine whether automation, artificial intelligence, process improvement, or combined approaches can improve them • Deliver early wins and build a framework for larger improvements • Work with business teams to understand needs, test solutions, remove adoption barriers, and embed capabilities into everyday work • Measure utilization and value of solutions • Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Engineering, and other functions • Align priorities, manage competing demands, and provide evidence-based recommendations • Connect regional innovation with Pax8’s broader responsible and scalable automation approach

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience across product, operations, technology, automation, or workflow improvement, ideally across more than one area • Proven people leadership experience • Product mindset focused on outcomes, prioritization, iterative delivery, user feedback, and measurable value • Technical depth sufficient to understand how solutions are built • Experience coding, automating workflows, working with development teams, or building technology-enabled solutions • Proven meaningful improvements increasing efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, or organizational capacity • Understanding of software and product development lifecycles, including backlogs, sprints, testing, releases, and continuous improvement • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or comparable product and workflow management tools • Understanding of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies • Ability to move from process mapping and operational discovery to solution design, prioritization, delivery, and adoption • Ability to work with senior and executive stakeholders and make evidence-based trade-offs • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, product ownership, Agile delivery, change management, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, or similar disciplines is valuable • Valid right to work in United States • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks, including ID verification, references, and qualification checks
