📋 Description

• Act as a liaison for Third-Party Administrators, Laboratories, Internal Personnel, Clients, and Client Applicants • Manage day-to-day inquiries and work in progress queues • Work with vendors, including collection sites, to ensure donors have what they need to complete tests • Handle client supply orders for oral supplies • Ensure Drug and Occupational Health results are reported correctly • Ensure client billing is captured for third-party collections • Address program inefficiencies and provide innovative input to improve internal processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum two years’ experience working in Drug and Occupational Health • Preliminary knowledge of medical terminology (i.e., HNT, OSHA, Immune, CDC) • Industry experience working with laboratories, collection sites, medical review offices (MRO), and drug screen processing • Strong skills in time management and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Customer obsessed mentality • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment • Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work • Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally • Any employment offer is conditional upon successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening
