📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle from ideation to launch and iteration • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs • Collaborate with engineering, design, implementation, operations, and marketing teams • Develop scalable, user-centric solutions for workforce screening services • Utilize user research, feedback, and data analytics to inform product decisions • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Ensure timely delivery of product features • Track KPIs and user feedback to identify improvements and drive product enhancements • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required • Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR technology sectors • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools • Familiarity with employment screening or HR-related industries preferred • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product development preferred • Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work • Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally • Ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment meeting ergonomic standards • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening is required as a condition of employment
