📋 Description

• Review background check results for completeness, accuracy and compliance • Ensure all Profiles (background reports) contain appropriate Orders (background check components) according to company and client guidelines • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Review searches to ensure accurate completion, legal compliance, and correct reporting of hits • Assist with consumer disputes and rechecks • Ask questions of Senior Quality Assurance Specialists, Operations Leadership and/or Compliance as needed • Maintain production levels specified by Operations Leadership • Regularly review processes for efficiency and quality improvements • Participate in special projects and other management-assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma (or GED) is required • A minimum of 1 year of screening experience preferred • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Knowledge of background checks, pre-employment screenings, and/or court terminology preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Exceptional time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Previous experience working in a remote environment • Impeccable spelling and grammar • Comfortable communicating via email, phone and Microsoft Teams • Proficient in MS Office Suite Software (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) • Ability to create and maintain a dedicated remote workspace • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and majority of work hours looking at a computer screen
