📋 Description

• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, DevOps, and other technology teams to understand requirements and support machine learning solutions • Assist in building, testing, and maintaining software components and supporting infrastructure • Support automated data pipelines and model deployment processes • Contribute to cloud-based machine learning solutions using AWS, Databricks, and Spark • Participate in CI/CD processes and improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency • Monitor machine learning applications and investigate issues with guidance from senior team members • Document technical solutions, processes, and lessons learned • Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and project success • Follow software engineering, machine learning, security, and governance best practices • Continuously develop technical skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field required • 0-2 years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles • Experience with Python through coursework, projects, internships, or professional experience • Strong foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model development processes • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred • Familiarity with version control, testing, and code review processes • Basic understanding of data engineering concepts and data pipeline development • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed • Availability five days per week during designated work hours • Professional or academic experience in HR, social science or psychology preferred • Contributions to open-source software in Python preferred
