📋 Description

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, job changes, compensation updates, terminations, and data corrections • Process lifecycle actions within defined timelines and established policies, controls, and audit requirements • Validate inputs before processing to prevent incorrect data from entering downstream systems • Maintain employee data integrity and quality across the core HRIS and connected systems • Identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies • Use Excel for reporting, audits, reconciliations, and data analysis • Identify trends and recurring issues and share findings with stakeholders • Assess how lifecycle changes affect downstream systems, integrations, and reporting • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Employee Experience, and other stakeholders • Provide Tier 1 support for lifecycle-related questions from internal HR teams and operational partners • Resolve escalated issues efficiently and accurately • Support lifecycle processes and programs while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee data • Assist with process enhancements and testing and implementation of system or workflow changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, lifecycle processing, data management, or a related operational role • Demonstrated experience working with HRIS platforms and integrated systems • Experience supporting reporting, audits, or data validation in a high-volume environment preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data validation, and analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail • Ability to navigate complex processes and systems with precision and consistency • Working understanding of how data flows between systems and impacts downstream reporting and operations • Ability to anticipate risks and proactively correct issues before they impact employees or reporting • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, particularly when documenting requirements or explaining process impacts • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate a computer, use phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
