📋 Description

• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and mentoring to PRCs • Ensure Web Pay Products are set up accurately and meet client expectations within service-level agreements • Provide feedback to consultants on improvement areas and successes • Support the PRC team with staff-performance feedback and client-issue actions • Identify and communicate training improvements and common performance deficits • Handle unresolved and escalated client issues with prompt and courteous service • Manage day-to-day activities of implementation support staff • Work with organizational departments to ensure policy and procedure consistency • Coordinate, assess, and manage employee training needs with Learning & Development • Develop and implement employee motivation activities and incentives • Handle disciplinary issues as necessary • Interview and hire candidates • Provide positive and constructive employee feedback • Develop and motivate team members to reach departmental goals • Plan and schedule resources with the Department Director

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years Management Experience • Experience in team development and workflow process; a matrix environment is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree required • Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application • Excellent troubleshooting ability in order to handle clients’ payroll issues • Ability to multi-task • Excellent listening and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • Project Management and/or Change Management a plus • Knowledge of Access, SQL or Crystal Reports a plus • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate a computer, use phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
