📋 Description

• Greets and welcomes members in a courteous, professional manner through phone calls. • Gathers, processes, and records member transactions, including withdrawals and loan payments. • Answers member inquiries about statements and loans. • Provides technical support for online banking. • Ensures member security by following identification and established procedures. • Identifies opportunities and promotes applicable products and services. • Works towards production and referral goals, participating in sales initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum six (6) months experience in a sales or customer service environment. • Experience in a Contact Center or financial institution preferred.
