📋 Description

• Lead the Executive Administration and Board Governance function, establishing strategy, service standards, and operating practices • Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors • Ensure effective governance processes, regulatory compliance, Board communications, and coordination among the Board, CEO, and executive leadership team • Direct Board and committee operations, governance calendars, annual planning cycles, meeting effectiveness, governance documentation, Board education, and strategic planning support • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational priorities and enterprise initiatives • Oversee executive operations and governance processes and improve efficiency, communication, decision-making, and execution • Lead, develop, and mentor the Executive Administration team • Establish priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload across the Executive Administration function • Build relationships with Board members, executive leaders, regulators, community partners, and other stakeholders • Oversee sensitive organizational, governance, and executive matters • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives for the CEO and Board, including research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support • Perform other duties as assigned • Work remotely using telecommunications technology and job-specific software, including Microsoft Office products • Travel to meetings and training sessions, potentially outside regularly scheduled hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders • Preferably experience within the financial services or credit union industry • Proven track record managing complex calendars, confidential communications, and high-level meetings for senior executives • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a leadership role with responsibility for directing and guiding a team of individual contributors • Exceptional organizational skills • Advanced time management and multitasking abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and executive communications • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking • Expertise in executive travel logistics, meeting coordination, and briefing materials • Strategic planning ability • Proficiency in calendar management tools, communication platforms, and Microsoft Office products • Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Travel is required • Must reside in Washington or Oregon • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
