📋 Description

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair critical cooling equipment • Troubleshoot complex cooling, refrigeration, and chilled-water system issues • Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities • Monitor equipment performance and identify reliability concerns before failures occur • Support response efforts during cooling system alarms and operational events • Maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment documentation • Collaborate with operations teams, contractors, and facility engineers • Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and regulatory requirements • Work on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, compressor systems, CRAC and CRAH units, chilled-water systems, cooling towers, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, BAS/BMS, VFDs, and critical cooling distribution infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• EPA Section 608 Certification • Ability to troubleshoot commercial or industrial HVAC systems independently • Experience interpreting piping diagrams, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics • Working knowledge of HVAC controls and automation systems • Understanding of three-phase power, motor controls, and VFDs • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills • 5+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, or operations experience (preferred) • Experience with Trane, YORK, Carrier, Daikin, or equivalent chiller systems (preferred) • Experience in data centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, manufacturing plants, or other critical environments (preferred) • Knowledge of hydronic systems and chilled-water distribution (preferred) • Familiarity with liquid cooling technologies used in modern data centers (preferred) • Ability to travel 100% across the United States
