📋 Description

• Champion a culture of safety and quality across all MCE projects and teams • Own the P&L for the MCE division, ensuring sustained profitability and growth • Develop and execute the annual business plan, forecasts, and budgets aligned with the Wind Services strategy • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, service offerings, and strategic partnerships to expand MCE capabilities • Monitor financial performance, job costing, and key metrics • Ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry safety standards and regulations • Assess risk and implement mitigation strategies to pursue zero recordables • Drive operational rigor through standardized reporting, KPIs, and performance reviews • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, and partners to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty • Work closely with the Vice President of Wind and other senior leaders to advance the company’s wind energy initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred • Proven experience managing teams and large-scale wind energy projects • Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, operations, and maintenance • Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and influence and negotiate with clear communication • Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills with a sound understanding of P&L Management • Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement across the services line • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex situations, deliver under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs
