📋 Description

• Service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace cooling-system components and complete systems • Conduct performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance • Perform additional maintenance and upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-outs • Complete daily work reports accurately and on time • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally • Travel to remote work sites and occasionally stay overnight

🎯 Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required • 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance; commercial experience preferred • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems preferred • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email • Compliance with OSHA/FCC/FAA/EPA standards • Reside within 60 miles of Shelton, Connecticut • Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend call-outs • Ability to travel extensively daily and work independently • Ability to drive to remote work sites • Ability to work outdoors in ambient temperatures • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds • Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical • Ability to operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per company handbook and insurance requirements
